The Office of Community Recreation for the City of Poquoson is pleased to announce the official reschedule date for this year’s parade is Friday, December 19 at 7pm. Due to inclement weather on the original date of Dec. 5 we will now host the parade on Dec. 19th.

Due to the expected inclement weather on Friday , December 5, the Poquoson Christmas Parade is postponed. Parade participants will receive an email to help determine the availability for a reschedule date. If there is enough participation, a new date will be announced soon.

Start collecting those receipts from both restaurants and local retailers. Bring three total receipts from two different Poquoson restaurants and one Poquoson retailer totaling at least $150 to the City Manager's Office (500 City Hall Ave, 2nd floor) and receive a commemorative 50th Anniversary ornament. Promotion runs through 12/5, and ornaments can be collected through 12/8. One ornament per household please. Receipts should date from November 17 through Dec. 5, 2025. Suppo
